The Palms West Chamber of Commerce and the Village of Wellington have teamed up once again to bring the Fall Festival to the community of Wellington.  This very special spooky Halloween event will take place at Village Park, 11700 Pierson Road in Wellington on Saturday, October 23rd, 2010 at 5:00 PM.
